If you wish to return an order for whatever reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the package. Personalized watches can also be returned or exchanged.

Before sending your return, please contact us beforehand via our contact form on our website and specify your order number and the reasons for your return.

When returning, products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and protections still attached and never worn.

 

Refund of DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT

In case of a damaged product or if a product does not correspond to the one you ordered, please contact our customer service to find out what instructions to follow. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived at our warehouse and we will have assessed its condition (in its original packaging with all components and accessories included). You will be sent a replacement or refund to your PayPal or bank account.

 

Exchange

If you want to exchange an order for whatever reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the package. Personalized watches can also be exchanged.

Before sending your exchange, please contact us beforehand via our contact form on our website and specify your order number, as well as the reasons for your exchange. During an exchange, the products must be returned in their original packaging, with all the labels and protections still attached and never worn.

You will receive a credit in an OPEX Paris store once the product has returned to our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in its original packaging with all components and accessories / gifts included). You can exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund the difference for cheaper items and charge you the difference for more expensive product.

After receiving confirmation from a customer service representative, the exchange item must be sent to OPEX Paris within 7 days. Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your package will not be included in your store credit.

The shipping costs for the return of a watch are borne by the customer, except if the return is made for technical reasons of quality.
